

MADE-TO-ORDER PLUSHIES TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to all made-to-order plush orders through No Weird Areas.
DEFINITIONS

"I" refers to Kristy Davidson (the artist)

"You" refers to the customer of No Weird Areas
TERMS

You must provide the details (i.e. link) of the specific pattern you would like me to crochet, or I can work with you to find a suitable pattern. If a pattern requires purchasing to complete your order, this will be factored into the cost of your order.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin work on your order. The remainder is due either up-front or upon completion. Your order will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Allow 3-4 weeks for completion after the initial payment (delivery times are additional). Delays due to health, work, or personal commitments may occur; I will notify you if this happens.

Payment methods accepted: Paypal or credit card via invoice.
DELIVERY

Photos of the finished plush will be provided before shipping.

Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery times may vary by location. Signature on delivery is available upon request for an additional fee

You are responsible for any duty/import/customs fees incurred during shipping.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled before work begins, or if I am unable to start on your order.

Partial refunds are available if you cancel after work has begun. The refund will account for the time spent and any materials or patterns that were purchased specifically for your order.
